2. How does layby work?
You choose the item you want, make an initial deposit through small weekly or fortnightly instalments, and then pay off the remaining balance in weekly, fortnightly, or monthly instalments. Once the deposit is paid, the product is shipped to you.
3. Do I receive the product right away?
No. With layby, you receive the product after the deposit amount has been paid.
4. Is there any interest or hidden fees?
Absolutely not! All our layby plans are 100% interest-free, with no hidden charges.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept direct bank transfers, debit/credit cards, and automatic payments through our secure payment system.
6. Can I pay off my layby early?
Yes! You can pay off your layby at any time and we’ll arrange for your product to be shipped as soon as the deposit amount is cleared.
7. What happens if I miss a payment?
If you miss a payment, don’t worry—just get in touch with us. We’ll work with you to catch up. If payments stop without communication, your layby may be cancelled and a cancellation fee may apply.
8. Is there a cancellation fee?
Yes, a small cancellation fee may apply to cover admin and storage costs. This will be outlined clearly in your agreement.
9. Can I change or swap my item after I’ve started payments?
You can request a change within the first 7 days. After that, it may not be possible due to inventory or pricing changes.
